(*Visitors=users of our services who have not become members, Members=users who pay for use of our services)

Our company collects information via a network of our services and resources.  Users may be asked to provide certain personal information when requesting information or signing up for services, including name, address, telephone number, email and possibly billing information (such as credit cards number), and the type of computing device used to access our services.  The information gathered during the registration process is used to manage each member’s account (for billing purposes).  This information is not share, sold or rented with third parties.  We care for your security and use an SSL and data encryption to protect any transmission of sensitive data.

Online Marketing

We may use online display advertisements, and may use information collected from Visitors and Members through the registration process, as well as through online, resources, surveys and promotions.

Use of Email

When users of our services send email inquiries to our company, we will use the supplied email to respond to the inquiry.

Customer Surveys

We periodically use customer surveys, and questionnaires to create a general, non-identifying (anonymous) information database used to improve the quality of our services for you and to develop new services and products.

NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS RE: YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Under California Law SB 27, California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared. We will respond to you within thirty days of receiving such a request.
